Rushingwater scrambled through the tunnel to the hollow, she walked around to the other side as Flamepaw caem to the surface. Covered in dirt, Flamepaw shook herself, in that moment Rushingwater leaped at Flamepaw, claws sheathed. She held Flamepaw down, keeping her to the ground. Never let your guard down for a second, things can go from peaceful to dangerous in a split-second." She released and back up to the other end of the hollow. Flamepaw slowly came up onto her paws, completely focused now. "Attack me!" Flamepaw sized up her opponant, and cocked her head sideways a little. She then straightened herself, crounched, and ran forward, once in range she lept into the air, aiming for Rushingwater's shouders. Rushingwater jumped back out of the way, Flamepaw was dazed for moment, allowing Rushingwater to rear up. Flamepaw, looking at the towering figure, decided to take a dive under her rear legs, her small size allowed her through and gave her access to the tail. She stood up before Rushingwater had gotten back to the ground and LIGHTLY grabbed the tail in her teeth. It was light enough that it wouldn't cut, but firm enough it wouldn't move without a good tug. "Quite well done my dear." Rushingwater gave a light tug and Flamepaw released. She turned around. "You seem to think before you act, but understand there are times when you must act and not think. In these moments follow your instincts and your heart." Flamepaw nodded. She knew very well she thought too much, but she was determined to serve her Clan well.
"Alright, now I will attack you, I want you to defend yourself." Rushingwater crouched, and sprang at Flamepaw, who was still in thought. Flamepaw took the 1s thing in her mind, she jumped, she slid through Rushingwater's legs, and hit her in the chest, knocking air out of her. "NIcely done Flamepaw! That's what I meant by following your instincts. Now it's almost sunhigh, we should go out hunting fo the rest of the day."
